The attached samples can be used to communicate expectations and assignments with team members in advance of your first session on-site. Again, please be sure to customize the documents to your specific visit.

Orientation PowerPointThis presentation is designed to be used at the initial session to get the entire team "on the same page." This includes both the presentation and notes associated with each slide.

Standards Report TemplatesEach number corresponds to the like-numbered standard. Each of these CAN be used as a report template for that standard. Refer to the Read Me notes for navigation directions.

Indicators of SuccessThis is an interactive spreadsheet designed to help verify that the school has in fact accumulated the required number of points, and has the school met the first checkpoint for consideration to be recommended for nomination as an Exemplary School.

VTR Report FormsThese forms must be customized and included with the final Visiting Team Report which is submitted to the District Accreditation Commission.

Dates for Accreditation Visits
Because of timelines imposed because of meeting dates by the National Acdreditation Commission, and reasonable amounts of time for reports to be written by the team captain and studied by the District Accreditation Commission, the Minnesota South District Accreditation Commission has set the end of April as the latest dates available for school visits.
